NEW TRAFFIC PATTERNS GO INTO EFFECT

Please bear with us during the Downer Place bridge tear down and reconstruction. Please be aware that it may take you a little longer than usual to get to the theatre due to revised traffic patterns. Downer Place (1 block South of the Paramount) will be CLOSED. Stolp Avenue will remain OPEN from Galena Boulevard to Benton Street. Benton Street will become a TWO-WAY. street. ALL Parking facilities will remain accessible.

DIRECTIONS:

The Paramount Theatre is conveniently located 35 miles west of Chicago and is easily accessible via I-88 or the Burlington Northern Metra line.

If coming from I-88 West exit Farnsworth SOUTH
Proceed on Farnsworth South to Indian Trail - Turn RIGHT on Indian Trail
Proceed to Rt. 25 - Turn LEFT on Rt.25
Proceed to New York Street turn RIGHT on New York Street pass the Casino
and at the end of the block turn LEFT take it to Galena and Turn Left onto Galena
The Paramount theatre is 1 and 1/2 blocks on your right.

To go to the City lot (1 block from Theatre $3.00 parking)
Turn Right on STOLP AVE The street right BEFORE the Theatre off of Galena

To Get to I-88 From The Paramount
Take Galena to Broadway/Rt 25 turn LEFT onto RT 25
Take Rt25 to Indian Trail and Turn RIGHT onto Indian Trail
Proceed to Farnsworth and Turn LEFT onto Farnsworth
Get into the right lane and follow the signs to I-88

From the Chicagoland Area:
Take I-290, I-294, I-355 or Route 59 to I-88 West. Exit at Route 31 (Lake Street) and go south (right) 2 1/2 miles to Galena Boulevard. Turn left. The Paramount Theatre is located three blocks down on the right side.
 
From the West: 
Take I-88 East. Exit at Route 31 (Lake Street) and go south (right) 2 1/2 miles to Galena Boulevard. Turn left. The Paramount Theatre is located three blocks down on the right side.
 
From the Southeast:
Take I-55 North to Route 59 North. Continue to New York Street. (north of Fox Valley Mall in Aurora/Naperville) and turn left. Follow New York Street into downtown Aurora. Just past the Hollywood Casino, turn left onto River Street. (There will be a green overhead sign that will say, Left Turn Only No Trucks). Take that left around the block, and you will come to Galena Boulevard - turn left onto Galena. The Paramount Theatre is located two blocks down on the right side.
 
From the Southwest:
Take Route 47 North to Galena Blvd (not the traffic light which is Galena Road prior to Galena BLVD). Turn right on Galena Blvd and go 6-7 miles into Downtown Aurora. The Theatre is on the right hand side.

Parking is available in the following bank lots:
Old Second National Bank
PNC Bank
Mon-Fri after 6:00 pm
Saturdays from 2:00 pm - mid-night
Sundays all day until mid-night

PARKING
Valet parking is available at the main entrance to the theatre. Valet parking closes after the show. Please pick up your keys immediately following the performance. Valet parking is not available for Copley Theatre shows. For your convenience, local parking is available at the municipal garage located on the corner of Stolp & Downer, just one block south of the Paramount. Additional/free parking is available at Old Second National Bank (corner of River St. & Galena Blvd.) and PNC Bank (on Benton). These lots are available only during non-banking hours. Metered street parking is available throughout the city and is free weekdays after 5pm and weekends.
